Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ludington, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was plentiful. The cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, toast, muffins, etc, all were worth having the continental breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel location was okay and I didn't mind the ten minutes it took to get into town. Complimentary cookies every night from 8-9pm.

Felt newish, clean, spacious around lobby

I've stayed at this holiday inn multiple times now and it's lived up to a standard I am use to expecting at a holiday inn. Friendly staff, room was clean and wifi worked out great. I would recommend this location to other if needed.

Nice, new facilities. Very clean. Staff was enthusiastic and helpful. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, by far the most comfortable beds of any of the five hotels we stayed at. There were two pillows provided for each sleeping spot, one labeled soft and one labeled firm, embroidered on the pillow case, which I thought was a nice touch. Definitely the best sleep of all our stays. We were on a floor in the middle and we did not hear any noise from the other rooms or even from the hallway, even though we were steps from the elevator and the ice maker. Full breakfast with just about anything you could want from cold cereal to fresh pancakes right off a conveyor machine, ala The Jetsons. There was oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, hot scrambled eggs and sausage, to name some of the offerings. None of us left hungry. It was close to both of the major discount retailers, making it easy for us to restock our supplies and also close to a number of chain restaurants. Right off the main highway into town. Lots and lots of USB plug options for charging our devices and no issue with the free Wifi.

Ashley at the front desk treated us like family. She worked with the rental company receiving the keys to our rental car the day before we arrived. She walked us around showing the lobby, dinning room laundry, pool etc. She was very friendly and called us by name every time we saw her. You have a gem at this location. We flew in from Florida to meet family we never met before. Ashley asked if we had a wonderful time with the new family!
